I recently heard about methylene blue. Seemed bizarre that a blue dye had such powerful properties but I'm very impressed with it. I don't have to drink caffeine or take anything else during the day. Adding methylene blue to my supplement regimen has helped me workout longer and get stronger and gives great energy. I've never had any serious health issues but taking methylene blue daily will definitely help keep me in great shape
