Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Period: Compass Laboratory accepts returns within 30 days from the date the order is placed.

  2. Return Process: Returns are free for customers. They can initiate a return by contacting Compass Laboratory's customer service within the 30-day return window.

  3. Refund: Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned items only. Shipping costs associated with the original order will not be refunded.

  4. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

  5. Damages and Issues: If customers receive damaged or defective items, or if there are any issues with the order received, they should contact Compass Laboratory's customer service within 30 days of receiving the order. Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damages or issues for assessment.

  6. Refund or Replacement: Depending on the nature of the damages or issues, Compass Laboratory will either provide a refund for the affected items or arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

  7. Refund Processing Time: Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

  8. International Customers: For international customers, if an order is refused due to the refusal to pay any import fees upon arrival to the destination country, shipping costs associated with the original order will not be refunded.
