I only take 10 drops a day because a larger dose causes erectile malfunction. My urine isn’t blue as they say it should be, but green which I assume is due to the yellow urine and smaller dose of MB I take. The color last all day from day to day, which is what genuine MB is supposed to do.
Besides a slight improvement in my general well-being, the most obvious improvement is that the numbness in my legs & feet due to neuropathy seems to be getting less numb. I’m hoping this is truly the case- that MB is helping rebuild the nerves throughout my body.
I mix my MB with a small amount of Ascorbic Acid powder in about 2-3 ozs of water.
