Cancellation policy

  1. Cancellation Timeframe: Customers can cancel their purchase options (orders) placed with Compass Laboratory, provided the cancellation request is made before the order is processed.

  2. Processing Timeframe: Most orders placed before 2 pm CST will be processed on the same day. Therefore, customers should request cancellations before this processing window to ensure cancellation eligibility.

  3. Cancellation Process: To cancel a purchase option (order), customers should contact Compass Laboratory's customer service as soon as possible. The cancellation request should include the order details such as order number and item(s) to be cancelled.

  4. Refund: If the cancellation request is made within the specified timeframe and before the order is processed, a full refund will be issued to the customer. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

  5. Post-Processing Cancellations: Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may proceed with the return process outlined in the return and refund policy.
