Shipping Timeframe: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, although this may vary depending on the volume of orders received.
Wrong Address: Compass Laboratory is not held responsible if the wrong address was entered upon checkout. We will attempt to correct the issue upon customer notification. We ship order daily, so we may have already processed your order before we have been notified.
Expedited Shipping: Customers have the option to expedite shipping for an additional cost.
Lost Packages: Compass Laboratory is not liable for lost packages, and the buyer assumes all associated risks. However, insurance is automatically included for all orders with paid shipping.
Insurance Exclusion for Free Shipping: Orders with "free shipping" are not eligible for insurance coverage.
Lost Orders with Paid Shipping: If an order with paid shipping is lost, customers can contact Compass Laboratory to have the order resent, and a claim will be filed with the shipping company.
Lost Orders with Free Shipping: Customers who selected free shipping and experience a lost or undelivered order should contact their local postal service or UPS hub for assistance.
Shipping Delays: Delays in shipping may occur during holidays, periods of high order volume, or due to inclement weather.
International Customers: International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees incurred.
