These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of compasslaboratory.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Compass Solutions LLC, doing business as Compass Laboratory ("Compass Laboratory," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 2656 Highway 71 N, Mena, Arkansas 71953. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked below.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Intended Use

  • Products must be used only as described on their labels and product pages. You are responsible for using products safely, storing them properly, and keeping them out of reach of children.
  • Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
  • Chemical, solvent, and reagent products (including methylene blue, DMSO, propylene glycol, and vegetable glycerin) are sold for their labeled uses only. They are not dietary supplements, and we make no representation about any use other than the labeled use.
  • Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medications.
  • You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your purchase, possession, and use of our products, including import rules in your country.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that show signs of fraud.
  • Prices and product descriptions may change without notice. If a pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

4. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule you select until you cancel. You can skip, change, or cancel a subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us before your next order is processed. See our Cancellation Policy.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Our Money-Back Guarantee

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Email and SMS Messages

  • If you opt in to marketing emails or text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages from Compass Laboratory at the email address or mobile number you provide, sent through our service provider Klaviyo.
  • Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

7. Reviews and Submissions

By submitting a review, comment, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business. You confirm that your submission is truthful and based on your own experience. We may moderate, edit for length, or remove submissions, including any that contain medical claims, dosing information, or content that violates these Terms.

8. Affiliate Program

Participation in our affiliate program is governed by separate affiliate terms. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Compass Laboratory in all promotions and may not make medical or disease claims about our products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product photography, and Certificates of Analysis, is owned by or licensed to Compass Laboratory and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to submit false information; to interfere with the Site's security or operation; to scrape or harvest data; or to resell products in violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Laboratory and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including any use not in accordance with product labeling. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Compass Laboratory and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Arkansas, or the Western District of Arkansas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
