I had no idea a product like this existed. I stumbled across it browsing the Compass site and started looking into its uses.
I’ve found this product is highly effective for me when taken while in a high stress situation. It has a calming effect and I feel like I can breathe a little deeper. Consequently I also tried it with no stress and I felt a little sleepy so I started taking it before bed, after a few weeks of taking it at bedtime I feel that I can confidently say that it has improved my overall quality of sleep.
