Our methylene blue and liquid products are manufactured and bottled in-house at our facility in Mena, Arkansas. Our propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin are sourced in bulk as USP-grade material from a certified supplier and repackaged at the same facility.

The difference is concentration. Each drop of our 1% solution contains 0.5 mg of methylene blue, while each drop of our 0.5% solution contains 0.25 mg. Both are made with just two ingredients: USP-grade methylene blue and reverse osmosis water.

Yes. Methylene blue is a strong dye, so handle it with care. It can stain skin, clothing, countertops and other surfaces, and it may temporarily tint urine blue-green.
